Job Summary

What Will You Do?

The Supply Chain Account Executive will be responsible to develop a strategic partnership with our customers that deliver on our strategic plans to ensure long term growth and customer retention. They will also strengthen S-82’s position as the preferred partner, by leading the Supply Chain Management function for our customers, providing ongoing optimization through new and innovative supply chain solutions.  
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage all areas of business responsibilities including: customer retention, profitability, forecasting, internal and external communication, reporting, administrative and customer service.
  • Monitor sales and analyze performance trends to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an active relationship/dialogue with the customer(s) at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide direction to cross functional resources within S-82, find insights to drive strategic plan, and execute plan with confidence and results. 
  • Identify and implement additional synergies, improvements and cost savings projects.
  • Optimize and tracks progress of project plans (time, resources).
  • Focus on continuous improvement and other projects as needed.



  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of sales and key account experience in Supply Chain with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leader with excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and analytical skills. 
  • Exhibit ability to develop high quality relationships based on trust and integrity with the appropriate customer contacts to drive growth.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to quickly changing business environment and varying priorities.
  • Must be able to coordinate and prioritize high work volume and pressing time requirements.
  • Bachelor degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • Prior functional experience in supply chain, marketing, category management, etc. preferred. 
  • Financial acumen, Learning Agility, Natural Curiosity and Innovative thinker.
  • Highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to “make it happen”.
  • Ability to Travel Up to 40%.
